/Queer is a podcast designed to provide a platform for the narratives and histories of marginal gender and sexuality variant communities around the world. In Season One, gender & sexuality researcher Georgie Williams travels through the USA, Japan, Indonesia, the United Kingdom and Ireland- interviewing human rights workers, activists, professors and everyday people whose lived experiences fall under the umbrella of 'gender and sexuality variance'. At the core of this oral histories project lies the question- what is queerness, and where in the world is it found?
